Traditional laser engraving typically marks only the surface of harder materials. To achieve deeper, cleaner engraving, we combine our laser system with a specialized laser mask and precision sand carving equipment. 

Artwork is laser-cut into the mask material, creating a highly detailed stencil. The piece is then sand carved to produce deep, dimensional engraving with a smooth etched finish, without the visible scan lines often associated with standard laser engraving.

This process works well for glassware, awards and custom branding products.

Our sand carver has about 2ft x 2ft x 2ft workable space, so projects must fit within that volume.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be provided in a high-contrast black and white format, where:

• black represents engraved areas
• white represents non-engraved areas

Vector artwork is preferred whenever possible for the cleanest results.
